ISPE takes over by Romelectro August 2006
The Romanian Council for Competitiveness authorized, in August 2006, the taking over of ISPE by Romelectro company. Now Romelectro, as main shareholder-environmental oriented project developer, investor and general contractor - owns 52,62 of ISPE shares - consulting and engineering company. After analyzing the compatibility between Romelectro’s acquisition and the power market level of competitiveness the Romanian Council for Competitiveness concluded that this action will not bring any negative effects on their market area(power and heat generation, transmissions and distribution, public services, environmental protection, civil works, other industries).
