Contract between ISPE and OMV Petrom for polluted soils decontamination
The partnership between ISPE, RSK Environment, GECOROM and Mihoc OIL won the public bid organized by OMV PETROM for the project “Frame3. Contaminated soil removal through excavation and ex-situ bioremediation treatment, plus soil and underground water decontamination at PETROM storages from Găeşti şi Măcin”.
In this turnkey contract ISPE performs engineering services for each location, consisting of:
- risk assessment studies
- permits documentation, including support at the regulatory authorities (National Environmental Protection Agency, National Agency for “Apele Române”, Local Councils) for approvals
- basic and detail designs on site supervision
- sites monitoring for results confirmation after completion
