International Conference "Wind energy in Romania"

The event was initiated by REECO, through its Romanian representative, and was organized by ISPE, within the International Trade Fair RENEXPO® South-East Europe „International Trade Fair and Conference for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficient Construction and Renovation”. The conference issues of interest were policies, regulations and standards in Romania, related to the promotion and development of wind farms, having in view the new EU Directives, Romanian wind energy potential - evaluation of the current status in wind energy, issues concerning the local transmission and distribution network, local financial support - financial mechanisms, learning from similar experiences in wind energies technologies implementation, success stories in some of the new EU entries and / or countries with tradition in RE, cooperation opportunities. The targeted participants were governmental representatives and regulatory bodies; international organisation and financial bodies; power utilities; NGOs and professional organisations in the power field; large and medium sized industries; municipalities; consulting and engineering companies; projects developers; manufacturers; owners of renewable energy sources; ESCOs; investors from Romania and abroad.

Combined-cycle CHPP rated 860MW – Brazi, Prahova county

Cogeneration Power Plant rated 860MWe in Petrobrazi is designed by ISPE according to the standards in force for combined-cycles and is comprised of two cogeneration units rated about 310 MWe each and a steam turbine rated about 305 MWe with surface condenser.

Reconstruction of Cogeneration Plant PETROTEL – LUKOIL

ISPE was the general designer for the reconstruction project of CHPP – S.C. PETRETEL – LUKOIL S.A. The investment was necessary to assure the power and heat consumption of the petrochemical platform Lukoil – Teleajen.

Braila TPP - 800MW new power unit

ISPE together with ERM is the Romanian consulting company of E.ON Kraftwerke for the development of the project for a new unit of 800 MW.
