Legislative framework and Appropriates solutions for Individual Consumers
The workshop was organized by the Romanian Ministry of Interior and Administration Reform, the Transport, Construction and Tourism Ministry together with ISPE. The workshop's subjects were: the individual weighing, the energy audit and the thermal building rehabilitation. Some of the speakers were Mr. Laszlo Borbely - deputy minister for public works and territorial planning in the Transport, Construction and Tourism Ministry; Ms. Gina Petrescu - MTCT counsellor; Mr. Mircea Toader - state secretary in the Romanian Ministry of Interior and Administration Reform; Mr. Vasile Muntenita from the Project Management Division - MIAR; Mr. Dan Berbecaru - vice-president of the Building Energy Audit Asociation; Mr. loan Dan Gheorghiu -Chairman and CEO ISPE; Mr. Ovidiu Apostol - director Business Development Division ISPE; Mr. Radu lonel and Mr. Radu Dumitrescu from the League of Homeowners Association, officials from KAMSTRUP, Denmark, General Fluid Romania and FINPRO, Finland.
