“JI Projects Implementing in Romania”-German-Romanian Partnership
Organized by the German Energy Agency and ENINVEST in collaboration with ISPE, the International Workshop Jl Projects Implementing in Romania-German-Romanian Partnership" was the first bilateral event with the topic providing the framework for business for all actors engaged in the carbon market within the German-Romanian relationship. The main goals of this event were to inform potential Romanian project owners about the opportunities and framework conditions of Joint Implementation (Jl) via German Investors and about the German Energy Agency (DENA) intention to develop German-Romanian Jl Project Portfolio. Main topics were "Jl rules in Romania", "Jl rules in Germany", "German Carbon Fund presentation", "Jl opportunities for Romanian companies". This event result was the identification and development of JI projects that increase efficiency and reduce environmental impacts in different industrial sectors, mitigating in the same time green house gas emissions.
