ETS impact on the industrial competencies
Organised in ISPE and gathering authorised representants from the Minister of Environment and Sustainable Development, Romanian Ministry of Economy and Finance, Environment Protection National Agency, the workshop had as goals presenting "The impact of green house gas emissions certificates over the industrial activities competitivity", report provided by ISPE and ENINVEST and debating its conclusions. Some of the subjects broached were the carbon market-history and evolution tendencies, EU-ETS impact over the industrial activities, efficient monitoring and reporting CO2 emissions and GHG emissions trading certificates. The workshop was addressed to power producers and to industrial operators preoccupied by an efficient operation and environment protection requirements observance.
