Co-Generation Units - balance between demand and offer
The event was organized by the Romanian Ministry of Administration and Interior together with ISPE and had as main goal starting a detailed debate on the 2001 / 80 / CE EU Directive regarding the large capacity boilers emissions mitigation measures and the 2003 / 87/ EC Directive on EU-ETS (Emission Trading Scheme). The key words of the conference were sustainable energy development, comfort, energy efficiency, social needs, rational consumption which we tried to turn into reality and into finalized energy efficiency projects.
