ISPE applies the Integrated Management System for Quality, according to ISO 9001, Environment according to ISO 14001 and for Occupational Health and Safety in compliance with OHSAS 18001, being certified by TÜV Süd Management Services GmbH, as follows:

- License Bp type for designing and mounting the inner electrical installations for civil and industrial works, overhead and underground connections at 0.4 kV – Issued by: ANRE
- License C1B type for designing of overhead transmission lines or cable lines with voltages of 0.4 – 110 kV and transforming posts of maximum 20kV – Issued by: ANRE
- License D1 type for designing OHTL with voltages of 110-400 kV and cabled electric lines with voltages of 110-220 kV – Issued by: ANRE
- License E1 type for designing HV substations and power plants electrical systems – Issued by: ANRE
- Authorization for energy audits and complex balance sheets – Issued by: ARCE
- Authorization for designing fire prevention, signal and fire fighting installations and systems - Issued by: Ministry of Administration and Internal Affairs - General Authority for Emergency Situations
- Certificates for EIAS and balance sheets – Issued by: Ministry of Environment

- Certificate for ANEVAR member - National Romanian Assessors Association

- Approval from OPSPI - State Shares and Privatisation Office for Industry, for providing feasibility studies for restructuring / privatisation / dissolution / splitting / merging programs
