Dipl. eng. Mihai Mircea Dumitrescu
Project Management Department Director
Mr. Mihai Dumitrescu graduated in 1985 the Polytechnic University in Bucharest, Energetic Faculty, technical Diploma in Thermo Power Plants.
He joined ISPE in 1987, as dipl. eng. in thermomechanical systems. At the begining he performed the tasks of a Process Project Manager within the Power Plant Technology Department and during 1998-2002 he became Project Manager for “Petcoke-coal Grinding Plant - Lafarge Romcim cement factorz, Medgidia” and “Implementing a cogeneration unit (2 GTx25MW) at Petrobrazi Refinery, S.N. Petrom Subsidiary”; in 2003 he was appointed Project Manager for the contract in cooperation Black&Veatch, USA, for the FS “Termoelectrica Thermal Power Plants Economical Operation Survey”, and an year later for the project “Rehabilitation and Upgrading of unit no.7 (315MW) from Isalnita CHPP, Complexul Energetic Craiova”; between 1997-2005 Mr. Mihai Dumitrescu was Deputy Head of the Power Plants Technology Dpt., in 2006 being appointed Head of Project Management Department.
