Dipl. eng. Cristinel Ştefan Ocnaşu
Human Resources Division Director
Mr. Cristinel Ştefan Ocnaşu graduated in 1981 the Polytechnic University of Bucharest, Energetic Faculty and has a technical Diploma in Thermo Power Plants.
He joined ISPE in 1982 as dipl. eng. in TPPs department. He was Process Project Manager until 1986, head of the 50 MW TPPs working team until 1993 when he was transferred in RENEL. Between 1993-2001 he specialised in the human resources field, becoming head of Human Resources Department in RENEL, CONEL and Transelectrica. From 2001 till first of June 2006 he was Human Resources Director in Electrica and since then (01.06.2006) he is appointed Human Resources Division Director in ISPE.
Several professional trainings, in Romania and abroad:
- Thermoenergetics post-graduated course, the Polytechnic University of Bucharest 1987/1988;
- Management Training Course (18 weeks); IROMA&ESC - Marseille, France 1992;
- The Professional Certificate in Management, The Open University & CODECS 1997-1999;
- Management Development, Crown Agents-International Management Training Centre U.K. 1999;
- Master in Human Resources 2006.
