Development of wind plants in Baia - Tulcea county
Brief description:
The contract for the above mentioned project is related to the performance of different technical documentations for developing a 35 MW WF near Baia in Tulcea county.
Offered services:
A. Engineering services
- Study related to solutions to connect the WF to the national power system;
- Study related to solutions in order to obtain the technical permit for the connection;
- Permitting documentation.
WF Designing works:
- Feasibility study for Baia WF;
- Preparing the study for connection to the system from electrical point of view within the WF;
- Bid Documents / Terms of supply for power cables for the WF;
- Technical project and Bid Documents for mills connection to the electrical substation.
Design works for 110/20 kV electrical substation:
- Feasibility study for the electrical substation (conditioned by the receipt of the requirements for locating SCADA wind farm and technical documentation pertaining to NORDEX equipment);
- Bid Documents for main equipment and materials;
- Technical Project and Bid Documents for 110/20 kV electrical substation.
Works for the electrical line connection to the system:
- Co-existence study;
- Feasibility study for the 100 kV OHTL;
- Environmental Permit documentation;
- Technical project and Bid Documents;
- PAC (Construction permit) documentation for OHTL meant to connect the WF to the electricity network;
- Connection cell of Baia WF to 110 kV Baia electrical substation;
- Site-survey report and design requirements;
- Feasibility study and technical documentation for obtaining the Urbanism certificate;
- Purchasing documentation for the construction works based on turn-key project;
- Earthing installation for Baia WF.
B. Consulting services
Preparing financing application
Main technical features:
- wind farm generators (14 Nordex turbines of 2.5 MW type N90 2500 LS, rotor diameter: 90 m, tower height: 80 m) including step-up voltage transformers: 0.66/20 kV);
- 20 kV lines network in cable transmitting generated power to plant substation, optical fiber cables network for control/monitoring, access roads and construction platforms;
- electrical substation: 110/20 kV – 40 MVA;
- 110 kV simple circuit OHTL – about 2 km transmitting power generated within the WF towards Baia electrical substation pertaining to distribution network operator “Enel Distributie Dobrogea”;
- 110 kV line cell by means of which the nearest existing electrical substation “Baia” is extended and which represent the interface between the power producer and the distribution network operator.
